Senior Applied Researcher- NLP

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Senior Applied Researcher - Natural Language Processing to join our TLV-based team.

Who are You?

• You have at least 3-4 years hands on ML experience
• You have successfully deployed at least one algorithmic challenge to production, and collaborated with specialists from other disciplines (back-end, product, other MLEs and Scientists)
• You can own an end-to-end algorithmic lifecycle - ideation, research, evaluating competing approaches, analysis, optimization, and productization

Requierments:

• Strong background in NLP (especially LLMs)
• Owned a large scale full cycle of NLP project (ideation, validation, collection, cleaning, annotation, training, evaluation) to production
• Experienced with cloud computing, such as AWS, GCP, Azure or others.
• owner mentality, accountability for the end-goal - solving the right problem given specific time and resources

Bonus Points

• Familiarity intelligence/analytics domain (incl. relevant military experience)
• Engineering background
• Start-up experience
• Linguistic experience (Arabic / Slavic dialects)
