The Software Procurement Sourcing Manager will be responsible for managing all supplier-related activities to optimize cost savings and contract terms.

What will your job look like?

• Strategic Procurement: Develop project management skills and carry out strategic procurement and contracting activities, including supplier pre-qualification, negotiation, tender management, and contract closure to secure the best terms and costs.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the different Amdocs business units and various stakeholders to fully comprehend their procurement requirements.
• Category Expertise: Acquire expert knowledge of the software procurement category and execute the global category strategy.
• Market Knowledge: Develop and maintain expert knowledge of respective global supply markets, competitors, and product innovations.
• Cost Reduction: Identify opportunities for cost reduction to meet financial goals.
• Supplier Due Diligence: Conduct due diligence on potential new suppliers and prequalify them before establishing a business relationship.Supplier Selection: Lead the supplier selection process (RFI/RFP).
• Contract Management: Own and conclude appropriate legal software procurement agreements.
• Reporting: Provide management with regular reports on procurement activities, savings, and other achievements.
• P2P Process Ownership: Own the entire Purchase-to-Pay (P2P) process.
• Business Review Meetings: Conduct business review meetings with key stakeholders to assess risks, review future strategies, and identify potential areas of improvement.
  
  

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Industrial Engineering, Economics, or Technology (Mandatory)
• 5-7 years of procurement expertise as a leading Procurement Specialist (Advantage)
• At least 3 years of experience in the Software domain (Advantage)
• Excellent negotiation, management, and interpersonal skills (Mandatory)
• Experience in leading large/medium contract processes with various stakeholders
• Ability to execute and achieve the procurement strategy within the relevant location (such as region or domain)
• Proven experience in working with senior management levels
