Job Description

As the User Acquisition Manager at App Central, your key responsibilities are user acquisition and monetization efforts. This role demands a blend of analytical prowess and creative thinking to optimize long-term value (LTV) through creative and metrical optimization.

Key Responsibilities

• ⁠ ⁠Exhibit a deep understanding of the user acquisition ecosystem (experience in hyper or hybrid casual games - a plus).
• ⁠ ⁠Apply both analytical and creative skills to enhance creative and metrical optimization towards improving LTV.
• ⁠ ⁠Demonstrate hands-on experience with major media platforms (Facebook, TikTok, Google) and ad networks (Unity, Applovin, Mintegral, etc.).
• ⁠ ⁠Optimize waterfalls and other monetization tools, conduct A/B tests, and provide valuable insights to the product team.
• ⁠ ⁠Create and analyze cost/revenue forecasts to inform strategy.
• ⁠ ⁠Proactively seek new channels for user acquisition and monetization.
