Assistant Controller

Primary Responsibilities

• Preparation of Quarterly and Annual consolidated financial statements (US GAAP)
• Preparation of the monthly internal financial reports
• General Accounting – GL maintenance, reconciliations, monthly, and quarterly closing processes
• Preparation of annual statutory financial statements, tax returns and other reports to the authorities of the company and its Israeli subsidiaries
• Work closely with auditors and tax advisors;
• Responsible of the SOX compliance
  
  

• CPA with BIG 4 high-tech department experience
• At least 1 year experience as a Controller in a hi-tech traded company, reporting according to US GAAP,
• Alternatively - At least 3 years’ experience at one of the BIG 4 high-tech departments
• Strong accounting knowledge of US GAAP
• Very good English level
• Very good excel skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Attentive to details, tasks oriented
• Process/controls oriented
• Deadline oriented
