Product Manager

ONE ZERO is seeking an experienced Product Manager to join our team!

The ideal candidate should have 3-5 years of experience in product management or a related field, demonstrating a data-driven, strategic approach coupled with strong communication skills. Experience in fintech, banking, or finance is considered advantageous.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the development of innovative products aligned with the organization's strategic objectives, working closely with R&D, product, design, and quality assurance teams
• Manage ongoing projects and tasks according to the roadmap, utilizing Agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA
• Craft clear and concise user stories, ensuring they are development-ready, and facilitate discussions with development teams during Agile ceremonies
• Demonstrate a commitment to results by tracking progress, reporting to the executive team, and presenting insights for informed decision-making
• Address day-to-day operational issues in collaboration with the Production team
• Provide support for Marketing & Strategy initiatives, coordinating with various internal teams (Compliance, Legal, Risk, R&D, Marketing, Customer Care, etc.) to ensure alignment and smooth execution
  
  

• 3+ years of product management experience in an innovation-driven environment
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams
• Data-driven decision-making, leveraging feedback and market research
• Inspirational leadership, proactive problem-solving, and strong vision
• Understanding of product lifecycle, technical proficiency, and commitment to learning
• Track record of leading cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products within deadlines
• Comfortable in dynamic, startup-like environments
• Previous experience in Fintech, Banking, Payments, or Trading tech companies is advantageous
