Internal Audit Manager

ONE ZERO Bank, is looking to hire a skilled Internal Audit Manager to join our dynamic team.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and conduct comprehensive audits throughout the bank, encompassing all operational areas and divisions
• Provide end-to-end leadership of internal audit processes, from planning to execution, including the presentation of findings to senior stakeholders
• Collaborate in the management of audit activities, ensuring effective oversight of external service provider, develop and implement internal audit methodologies, and developing strategic work plans
  
  

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in conducting internal audits, with a strong background in banking, financial services, and information systems audits
• Relevant academic qualifications in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to collaborate effectively with team members
  
  

• Relevant certifications e.g. Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), or related credentials
• Extensive experience in banking areas, including financial risk management, credit, liquidity, payments, customer-bank relations, compliance, etc.
• Experience working with complex financial systems, data analysis, cyber audits, information security, cloud environment audits, and third-party audits
