Payment Product Manager

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Product Manager with a strong background in fintech to lead the development and launch of innovative financial products. The ideal candidate will have at least 4+ years of experience in product management, a deep understanding of financial technologies and its applications, and a proven track record of successfully launching and scaling products in a B2C market.

Key Responsibilities:

Own 8fig's core payment solution, deliver detailed functional and technical requirements for complex architecture, revamp existing payment tools to support the company's growth in the coming months.

Develop a deep understanding of customer needs and market trends to inform product strategy and roadmap

Lead cross-functional teams to design, develop, and launch new products and features

Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize new product opportunities

Define and track key performance metrics to measure the success of products

Requirements:

• Excellent interpersonal skills
• 4+ years of product management experience in fintech/payments/banking & AI
• A degree in computer science or a related field
• Experience in conducting A/B tests in collaboration with business analysts and data scientists.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with ambiguity
