Technical Support Specialist

A company in the TLV Partners portfolio is looking for a Technical Support Specialist. They are building products that transform how companies interact with their clients post-sale, enabling them to productize their services by creating customized, actionable interfaces that boost client engagement, raise retention rates, and enable business expansion.

In this role, you will:

• Support both pre-sale and post-sale activities.
• Provide exceptional customer support, addressing challenges promptly and efficiently.
• Facilitate the preparation of product demos, ensuring a smooth and engaging experience for prospects.
• Support ongoing product releases by creating relevant content and conducting enablement activities to ensure successful adoption and optimal use of our products.
• Develop a deep understanding of the product, its capabilities, and its ROI.

What They're Looking For:‍

• Strong technical background - either academically or hands-on work with a technical product - including experience with APIs, integrations, and software customization.
• At least 1-4 years in customer-facing roles, including support, customer success, or other related roles.
• A solution-oriented approach and the ability to absorb and process complex information in real time while delivering a good customer experience.
• Independent and fast learner, capable of quickly adapting to evolving product features.
• Spoken and written native-level English.
• CRM implementation (HubSpot, Salesforce) experience - an advantage.

Please note: the role requires some availability during US hours for 3 days a week.
