The Internal Brand Studio team is part of the Operations department, under the Welfare & Employee Experience team. The team’s responsibility lies in creating and maintaining all internal branded materials to ensure alignment with our brand standards. From designing graphics to refining presentation templates, the team supports various projects across the company with their creative expertise. This role involves both preserving our brand's core identity and dynamically evolving it by crafting innovative experiences that enhance and expand our brand's reach and resonance

We're looking for an Internal Brand Studio Team Lead to oversee our internal branding and visual design efforts. In this role, you'll manage a team of two designers, focusing on ensuring all our internal visual materials, from graphic design to presentation elements, adhere to our brand standards. Your responsibilities will extend to overseeing the design needs of our office environment, contributing to a cohesive and branded workspace, and developing visual materials for company events and employee experiences. This includes everything from digital and print assets to refining presentation templates and enhancing the visual appeal of our office and company gatherings. This role is an opportunity to lead a creative team, innovate our internal branding, and play a key part in shaping our company culture and employee engagement through design.

What you will be doing

• Developing and implementing unique and well executed visual languages based on our existing brand guidelines.
• Oversee design projects from start to finish.
• Defining detailed brand specific guidelines.
• Collaborate with teams across the company.
• Working hands-on on both large scale projects and smaller daily tasks.
• Lead a small team of designers.
• Oversee a diverse array of design projects, requiring expertise in print, spatial design, typography, motion graphics, and branding principles.
  
  

• 5+ years of relevant design experience. Including 2 years in managerial roles.
• Experience in brand design
• Exceptional portfolio.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Visual Communication, Graphic Design, Animation, Media Arts - a plus.
• Strong foundation in design: typography, color, image making and illustration.
• Highly proficient in Adobe programs. Figma - a plus.
• Knowledge in motion design and/or web design - a plus
• Team player with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to manage your own time and work independently.
• Strong communication skills, both in Hebrew & English
• Thinks strategically, acts pragmatically.
