SW Team leader- 3005

A large high-Tech company is looking for a passionate SW Team leader who is ready to join to an exciting journey.

Responsibility's:

* You will lead the technical communication with the customers (scope discussions, identify issues, troubleshooting, status meetings, demos, releases, etc. )

* Guide and lead the development efforts towards successful project delivery on schedule while upholding architectural standards and best practices according to the client requirements.

* You will provide technical leadership to teammates through coaching and mentorship, ensuring that projects are executed efficiently.

* Identify and resolve client concerns.

Key Skills and Competencies:

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with cross-functional teams and customers.

* Strong multitasking abilities, capable of managing multiple issues simultaneously.

Work Experience Requirements:

* Fluent in written and spoken English - Mandatory

* 5-7 years of Java programming experience, with experience years in a leadership role

* Knowledge in Java Version 1.8 or later and applicable design patterns.

* Experience with Linux compliant systems - Mandatory

* Video Codecs, Containers and transport method knowledge is an advantage.

* Familiarity with Tomcat, JUnit, RMI is an advantage.

* Knowledge in Multi-threaded environments

* Networking knowledge is an advantage.
