QA Team Lead

BUYME is looking for a QA Team Lead to take part in our fast-growing company.

As the QA Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of QA testers and ensuring the quality of our products/services throughout the development lifecycle. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute test strategies, identify and report application bugs or errors in functionality , and drive continuous improvement in our QA processes

Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of manual QA engineers, provide technical leadership to teammates through coaching and mentorship
• Drive for continuous improvement of the team and our processes
• Continuously evaluate and improve QA processes, tools, and methodologies to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and reliability.

Requirements:

• 5 years of experience in software quality assurance, with 2 years in a leadership role.excellence from a technical perspective and personal
• Experience with manual testing in a Web product.
• Great collaboration and communication skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and best practices.
• Experience with SQL - advantage
• Experience in the e-commerce market - advantage
• Experience with testim.io- advantage
