After Effects Specialist and Social Media Content Creator

Location: This position is based in our office in Kabul, (North District). Candidates must be able to work on-site.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design and produce visually compelling content using Adobe After Effects, including Instagram Reels, TikTok videos, and other social media posts.
2. Edit video footage, add special effects, and integrate motion graphics to enhance narrative and visual impact.
3. Maintain high standards of content quality, ensuring all content meets company standards and client objectives.
4. Stay updated with the latest trends in digital media, video production, and social media to implement innovative techniques in content creation.
5. Adapt to new tools and technologies as they become relevant; take on additional responsibilities as the digital landscape evolves.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Adobe After Effects: Must have extensive knowledge and ability in using Adobe After Effects to create complex graphics, visual effects, and animations.
• Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator: Proficiency in Photoshop and Illustrator is an advantage, enhancing the ability to create and manipulate images and graphics.
• Good Graphic Design Skills: Having a good grasp of graphic design principles is a plus but not mandatory.
• Familiarity with Content Management Systems and Social Media Platform Specifications: Particularly for Instagram and TikTok, understanding how to optimize content effectively for these platforms.
• Creativity, Attention to Detail, Ability to Work Under Pressure, and a Team-Oriented Approach: Essential personal qualities for this role.
• Professional Attitude, Motivated, and Eager to Learn: Looking for candidates who are committed, driven, and open to continuous learning.
• Previous Experience in Digital Marketing or Media Agencies: Preferred but not mandatory.
• Fluency in Arabic: Essential as it is the primary language of our clients.
