Sheba Medical Center is Seeking a Manager of the Budget Unit

Job Description:

Planning Sheba Medical Center’s expenditure budget.
Developing and implementing control processes in payroll budget management, human resources and procurement.
Analyzing objectives against performance to ensure budget compliance.
Designing and specifying business requirements for departmental costing systems.
Preparing budget implications for work plan discussions.
Developing business plans and cost-effectiveness pricing for service provision projects.
Leading preparations for planning discussions – both budget and work plans.

Requirements:

Master’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, or Public Administration.
Advanced knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Excel - mandatory
Proven expertise in business specification of information systems.
Strong data analysis skills and the ability to draw conclusions - mandatory
Commitment to high-performance standards and readiness for overtime work.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
Initiative and a systemic vision.
High capability for independent work and learning.
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team.
At least 6 years of experience as a budget unit manager.
