Sheba Medical Center is Seeking a Manager of the Budget Unit

Job Description:

• Planning Sheba Medical Center’s expenditure budget.
• Developing and implementing control processes in payroll budget management, human resources and procurement.
• Analyzing objectives against performance to ensure budget compliance.
• Designing and specifying business requirements for departmental costing systems.
• Preparing budget implications for work plan discussions.
• Developing business plans and cost-effectiveness pricing for service provision projects.
• Leading preparations for planning discussions – both budget and work plans.

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, or Public Administration.
• Advanced knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Excel - mandatory
• Proven expertise in business specification of information systems.
• Strong data analysis skills and the ability to draw conclusions - mandatory
• Commitment to high-performance standards and readiness for overtime work.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
• Initiative and a systemic vision.
• High capability for independent work and learning.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team.
• At least 6 years of experience as a budget unit manager.
