As a Project Manager, you’re a progressive influencer balancing strategic thinking with ability to drive execution. The role is about leading digital health, data and AI projects for Big Data & AI Hub at ARC. The role will require initiating the project with all stakeholders, including legal engagements with partners/vendors, engaging clinicians and development resources, defining the project scope and timeline, and leading the different stakeholders until project delivery. Working with different teams including an internal team of data engineers and data scientists, clinicians from different departments at Sheba and external companies as customers, partners or vendors. You will need to pivot between multiple projects, solve problems and your ability to build consensus are key strengths to your success.

Responsibilities:

• Lead data and AI projects from beginning of project, including Helsinki documentations and scientific publications, until delivery including approval and invoicing.
• Clear communications to cross-functional team leads/senior management on status of projects (e.g., proposals, roadmaps, resource requirements and issues).
• Establish collaborative relationships with multiple stakeholders in Sheba and with partners\vendors.
• Identify opportunities to drive continuous process improvement across the teams.
• Implement, track and prioritize project roadmaps and schedules for initiatives that align to the broader strategy of Big-Data & AI Hub. Remove roadblocks, identify risks, propose mitigation plans and support the teams' activities.

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in scientific discipline + practical experience.
• 3 years of work experience in program/project management in a technological and/or health/government company.
• Experience managing and driving cross-functional initiatives end-to-end.
• Experience with partners and vendors' engagements – tenders, SOW, contracts etc.
• High interpersonal skills 
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, both in Hebrew and English
• Ability to work independently and in a team. 

Preferred qualifications:

• Master's degree in scientific discipline
• Effectively operate in a fast-paced, evolving team environment.
• Knowledge on Helsinki ethical principles for medical research and grant submissions.
