Full Stack Team leader

We're looking for a passionate and experienced Full Stack Team Leader to join our growing FinTech company in Herzliya!

About the Role:

In this role, you will lead a talented team of developers in building and maintaining our innovative FinTech platform. You'll be responsible for the entire development lifecycle, from requirements gathering and design to development, testing, and deployment. You'll also play a key role in mentoring and coaching your team members to help them grow their skills and expertise.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of full-stack developers
• Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Node.js
• Develop user-friendly and responsive front-end applications using React
• Oversee the development process from concept to deployment
• Ensure high-quality code by implementing code reviews and automated testing
• Collaborate closely with designers, product managers, and other stakeholders
• Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in FinTech and web development

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent field
• Extensive experience in designing and developing backend services
• At least 1-2 years of experience managing Full Stack teams
• At least 3 years of professional experience in backend development using Node.js
• At least 2 years of professional experience in front-end development using React
• Previous experience working in high scale production environments
• Experience with building RESTful APIs and web applications using frameworks such as Express
• In-depth understanding of Agile development methodologies, including CI/CD pipelines and automated testing
• Experience with messaging queues or streams such as RabbitMQ/Kafka
