Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role, located in Kadima, with flexibility for some remote work. As a Controller, you will be responsible for overseeing the accounting and financial reporting functions of our company, and maintaining proper financial controls and compliance. You will also be responsible for preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, managing the budgeting process, coordinating annual audits, and supervising the accounting team.

Qualifications

Accounting and Financial Reporting:

• Strong knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
• Experience in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Knowledge of financial accounting systems and software

Financial Controls and Compliance:

• Experience in establishing and maintaining internal controls
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance requirements
• Experience in coordinating annual audits

Budgeting and Forecasting:

• Experience in preparing and managing budgets and forecasts
• Ability to analyze financial data and trends
• Strong Excel skills and experience with financial modeling

Leadership and Communication:

• Strong leadership skills and experience in managing a team
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

Education and Certification:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required, MBA a plus
• CPA certification preferred
• Experience in the high-tech industry a plus
