We are seeking a dedicated and talented individual to join our team as an Account Manager, focusing on our startup clients. In this role, you will be responsible for understanding and addressing the unique business challenges and objectives of our clients, and effectively translating them into measurable goals.

Responsibilities:

• Gain a deep understanding of our startup clients' business challenges and objectives, and convert them into tangible goals.
• Conduct thorough research to identify companies and individuals who are involved in innovation and decision-making processes.
• Initiate, cultivate, and manage relationships with our diverse range of clients.
• Regularly review and analyze the status and evolution of business relations to ensure their effectiveness and growth.
• Collect, analyze, and summarize information to prepare comprehensive reports for existing clients.
• Develop extensive knowledge of the Israeli tech sector, including key industry figures and trends.
• Monitor and analyze new developments in the sector, including products, technologies, and business models.

Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of experience in Business Development, Account Management, Strategic Partnerships, or a related business function.
• In-depth knowledge of the Israeli innovation ecosystem.
• Demonstrated experience working with international customers.
• Possess an analytical and creative mindset, with a strong emphasis on strategic thinking.
• Proven track record of setting and achieving clear business Key Performance Indicators
• Willingness to travel for conferences, meetings, and industry events.
