Controller

A leading, regulated and successful FX company in Kfar Saba is looking for a 

Controller (working under CFO) 

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic controller to be part of our team. The ideal candidate must have a creative and spatial vision, Knowledge of bookkeeping capable of financial data management, budgeting and forecasting, Financial Reporting, Excel Specialist, and a knowledge of how to be a team player.

Responsibilities:

 Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records for the e-commerce business.

 Record all financial transactions, including sales, expenses, and inventory management.

 Perform reconciliations and verify the accuracy of financial data.

 Collaborate with the finance team to develop and manage the e-commerce budget.

 Prepare financial forecasts and analyze budget variances to provide insights for decision-making.

 Ensure compliance with tax regulations, including sales tax and income tax.

 Prepare and submit tax returns and maintain records for tax audits.

 Monitor and reconcile inventory levels, including tracking stock inflow and outflow.

 Perform cost analysis on inventory items and suggest pricing strategies.

 Generate regular financial reports and statements for management and stakeholders.

 Analyze financial data to identify trends and provide insights for business strategies.

Requirements:

 Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.

 Experience from a FX/gaming/Fintech company

 Proven experience in accounting and financial management (Min. 2-3 years).

 Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions and formulas.

 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

 Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

 Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining financial accuracy.

 Knowledge of bookkeeping - is mandatory.

 Priority software - is an advantage.

This is a hands-on position and not a managerial one!

Salary range is around 30k NIS
