Head of Professional Services

In this role, you will be responsible for strategic leadership and management oversight of the professional services organization to support business goals.

You will develop and manage all strategic service offerings and outcomes to drive and support the end-to-end customer experience.

Reporting to the COO.

Responsibilities

·       Develop and execute professional services strategy in alignment with priorities across product, sales, and marketing.

·       Lead a high-performing team of operations, implementation consultants, logistics and supply chain, integration engineers and professional services leaders.

·       Work with engineering and product to develop product roadmaps aligned with customers’ needs.

Who you are

·       Deep knowledge and experience in building and growing a regional professional services organization including multi-disciplinary environment.

·       Building out service offerings, recruiting and developing top talent, delivering high quality services to achieve customer outcomes, driving negotiating agreements, and partnering with product engineering on customer needs and priorities.

·       Demonstrated ability to think strategically and analytically about business, and technical challenges, with the ability to build and convey compelling value propositions and work cross-organizationally to build consensus.

·       Strong leadership experience in building high-performing teams as well as have a deep understanding of what will be needed to properly resource a professional services strategy, working with stakeholders to develop a plan for ensuring the success and high quality of our service delivery.

·       A keen sense of ownership, drive, and entrepreneurship is a must.

·       An understanding of the economics of the payments space and the e-commerce ecosystem would be a bonus.

Minimum requirements

·       8+ years of building and leading high performing professional services.

·       Leading solution architect teams in a high growth technology multi-disciplinary environment.

·       Demonstrated ability to negotiate high-value deals with a C-level audience and positively influence the outcome.

·       Strong written and verbal communication skills.

·       Strong analytical skills, and a proven track record of taking ownership, leading data-driven analyses and influencing results.

·       Willingness to travel.
