for a forex company that is currently on the lookout for a seasoned and enthusiastic Vice President of Finance to join our dynamic team. The successful applicant will possess a unique blend of creativity and analytical skills, be well-versed in bookkeeping, and excel in managing financial data, budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and spreadsheet management. Furthermore, the candidate should demonstrate exceptional teamwork capabilities.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Ensure meticulous and current financial records are kept for our e-commerce operations.

- Document all financial activities including sales, expenses, and the handling of inventory.

- Conduct regular reconciliations to confirm the reliability of financial information.

- Work closely with the finance team to formulate and oversee the e-commerce budget.

- Produce financial projections and assess budget discrepancies to aid in strategic decision-making.

- Comply with all applicable tax laws, including obligations related to sales and income tax.

- Manage tax filing processes and maintain documentation for potential tax audits.

- Oversee inventory levels, monitoring both incoming and outgoing stock.

- Evaluate inventory costs and recommend pricing strategies based on these analyses.

- Deliver consistent financial reports and statements to management and external stakeholders.

- Analyze financial data to discern trends and deliver strategic business insights.

**Qualifications:**

- A Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a closely related field is required.

- At least 2-3 years of proven experience in accounting and financial management.

- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, encompassing complex functions and formulas.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Excellent command of English, both in written and verbal form.

- A keen eye for detail and a dedication to financial precision.

- A thorough understanding of bookkeeping principles is essential.

- Experience with Priority software will be considered an advantage.
