We are looking for a talented leader to lead our software department team.

We are developing a cutting edge solution for home plans management.

We are looking for a strong technical and managerial leader who can deliver systems and features from initiation to full production scale.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Full ownership of delivering a high-quality product.
• Lead and manage the Software Development team.
• Design, and architect software solutions and features.
• Meet company OKR and KPIs.
• Meeting tight deadlines.
• Adjustments to product and technology changes.

Requirements, Knowledge, and Experience:

• 5+ years of experience as a team leader.
• Proven experience delivering complex solutions to production.
• Experience in developing, deploying, and maintaining in an AWS environment.
• Must have experience in Web development, Backend and cloud development.
• Must have hands-on experience in the following areas:
• React, Node.js , Java, C#, .Net, Python.
• AWS serverless.
• CI/CD.
• Highly motivated and self directed.
• Creative, out of the box problem solving.
• Excellent communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Fully comfortable working in English, both in writing and speaking.

Advantages:

• Familiarity with Design Solutions including Revit, Rhino, Solidworks.
• Mobile development for both IOS / Android is a plus.
• DevOps experience.
