ONE ZERO is looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to drive strategy and execution for impactful campaigns across multiple platforms. This role will focus on boosting brand awareness, lead generation, and funnel optimization using data, A/B testing, and teamwork. The ideal candidate will be analytical, trend-aware, and dedicated to continuous innovation in digital marketing.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and refine the performance of large-scale display, content, and video campaigns across DSPs, YouTube, Taboola, and other platforms
- Develop and implement comprehensive short- and long-term marketing strategies to boost brand awareness, lead generation, and pipeline growth
- Conduct ongoing A/B testing and performance analysis to enhance campaign effectiveness and return on investment (ROI)
- Evaluate paid acquisition opportunities and initiate pilot programs to explore new channels
- Employ an analytical approach, utilizing data-driven decisions based on key performance metrics for awareness and consideration
- Keep abreast of industry trends, best practices, and changes in algorithms to maximize the efficacy of PPC campaigns
- Collaborate with internal marketing, product, design and creative teams to align PPC initiatives with overall business objectives
- Identify opportunities for expansion and optimization, such as targeting new audiences, or ad formats, to drive continuous growth and improvement
- Ensure a thorough understanding of the customer marketing funnel and the intricacies of both traditional and online marketing landscapes to inform strategy development and campaign execution
- Oversee the development and implementation of A/B testing methodologies aimed at optimizing landing page conversion rates
Requirements:
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in managing PPC campaigns, with a proven ability to drive results and meet or exceed KPIs
- At least one year’s experience in Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)
- In-depth knowledge of PPC platforms, including Google Ads, DV360, Taboola, and social media advertising (e.g., Facebook Ads, Tiktok Ads)
- Proficient in Google Analytics 4 (GA4) for tracking campaign performance and extracting actionable insights
- Previous experience in Fintech B2C companies is considered a plus
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities to identify innovative strategies and solutions
- Capable of excelling in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment while juggling multiple projects
