Job Overview:

We are seeking a Solution Engineering Team Leader to hire, guide and expand our talented solution engineering team. This role involves strategic leadership and hands-on technical expertise to drive the adoption and integration of StorageGuard within our client’s infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in storage security, a passion for problem-solving, and a dedication to enhancing system integrity and data protection.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, mentor, and grow a team of solution engineers in the development and deployment of storage security solutions.

Collaborate with product management and sales teams to align engineering solutions with market needs and customer expectations.

Oversee the design and implementation of StorageGuard for new clients, ensuring seamless integration and optimization.

Conduct high-level client interactions, including presenting technical demonstrations, leading proof of concepts, and facilitating training sessions.

Stay abreast of industry trends and technological advancements to continuously improve our solutions and processes.

Provide expert guidance and support during critical incident responses and complex technical escalations.

Drive innovations that enhance the features, usability, and performance of StorageGuard.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field or equivalent military qualifications.

Proven experience (3+ years) in solution engineering or system architecture, preferably in storage, security or related fields.

Strong leadership skills with experience managing technical teams.

Deep understanding of storage technologies and data protection strategies.

Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically and tactically.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working with cross-functional teams and engaging stakeholders at all levels.

Experience with customer-facing roles, demonstrating an ability to translate technical details into business benefits.
