Job Description

Lead a team of talented engineers, providing support, guidance, and growth opportunities
Own the team roadmap together with the product manager, researching, planning, prioritizing, and allocating resources for each year
Work closely with relevant stakeholders (PM, UX, Product Designer), and other groups
Recruit and mentor new employees, ensuring successful onboarding
Maintain a high level of technical proficiency for the team

Qualifications:

5+ years experience as a software engineer
Proven track record leading major efforts, prioritizing tasks, and delivering high-quality results within set timelines
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, adept at collaborating with cross-functional teams, product managers, and stakeholders
Ready to tackle challenges and make a meaningful impact
Eager to work with some of the most talented individuals in the field
At least 2 years of team leadership experience, or experience in frontend tooling and design systems - an advantage
