Sales Back-Office Specialist

abra is currently seeking for a ROCKSTAR 🏆Sales Back-Office Specialist🏆

This position is pivotal in supporting our sales team's operations and administrative functions.

Responsibilities include:

- Preparation of sales-related paperwork and customer documentation and follow-up

- Assisting with the preparation of sales reports and presentations.

-. Management of the division manager's diaries and the deputy CEO of sales

- Providing telephone responses to company clients

Required qualifications & background:

- Proven experience in office management, with a focus on supporting sales operations.

- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM platforms.

- Strong organizational skills and the ability to work as part of a team.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills both Hebrew and English.

- A bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field- Preferred
