The role duties include:

• Oversee end-to-end payroll processes in Israel, including managing payroll, tax forms (101, 102, 161, 106), payroll journal entries, regulatory compliance, and reimbursements.
• Handle financial reporting to tax authorities, Bituach Leumi (National Insurance Institute), income tax, reserve duty days for the army, and Kupot Gemel (Pension Funds).
• Serve as the focal point for all payroll-related inquiries.
• Maintain relationships with insurance agencies to ensure compliance and coverage.
• Manage accounts payable (A/P) and accounts receivable (A/R) processes, including posting supplier invoices.
• Conduct bank reconciliations and oversee the credit card process, including reconciling credit card statements.
• Assist with month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Certified payroll professional with a minimum of 3 years of experience in payroll management.
• Certified bookkeeper, minimum level 2 certification.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English.
• Thorough knowledge of Michpal Payroll Software is essential.
• Highly organized and dependable, with meticulous attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with NetSuite is a plus- Advantage.
• In-office required a minimum of 2-3 days per week.
