Key Responsibilities:

1. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with R&D, manufacturing, logistics, QA, and sales for seamless integration. Provide insights on consumable suitability, aligning inventory and sourcing with business goals.
2. Product Management: Understand clinical needs, collaborate on strategy alignment, evaluate use cases, and seek innovation. Manage product collateral and support materials.
3. Strategic Partnerships: Lead collaborations, verify product-market fit, and engage with cross-functional teams for alignment.
4. Customer Support and Training: Address complaints, provide training to users, and support sales teams and distributors.
5. Cost Management: Monitor market trends, raw material costs, and currency fluctuations for cost optimization.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or related field; advanced degree or certifications preferred.
• Minimum 4 years' industry experience, with product management experience advantageous, especially in healthcare.
• Strong understanding of clinical applications and regulatory requirements, with a clinical background a plus.
• Analytical mindset, excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
