About the Role

We are looking for an experienced IT Project Lead to join our Applications development and process improvement team; a High-tech team working under the framework of a large, established company in a low-tech industry.

Key Responsibilities

·        Initiate process improvement activities and manage IT projects.

·        Gather new requirements, oversee application controls, and conduct system testing prior to implementation.

·        Implement new systems and manage modifications to existing ones.

·        Train users, monitor usage patterns and control reports.

·        Address user inquiries, resolve issues, and provide user support.

·        Perform system maintenance activities.

·        Develop tools, templates and processes to continuously improve the team project management capabilities.

·        Maintain and oversee the department's work plans.

Required Skills & Qualifications

·        Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.

·        Minimum of three years of experience in IT project management, process improvement, requirements gathering, application implementation, and training.

·        Familiarity with Microsoft 365 environment: SharePoint, Power Automation, PowerApps and Power BI.

·        Knowledge of databases (ACCESS/SQL).

·        Strong project management skills and the ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

·        Team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with proficiency in Hebrew and English (both written and spoken).
