About the Role

Readymix is seeking a driven and analytically-minded CAPEX Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a quick grasp, and excellent human relations. This is an outstanding opportunity for a recent graduate looking to launch their career in financial planning and analysis.

Key Responsibilities

·        Participate in the annual CAPEX planning and budgeting process across all company departments and production sites

·        Monitor budget utilization and CAPEX spending against forecasts, provide variance analysis

·        Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, data and assumptions for CAPEX proposals

·        Prepare reports and presentations to summarize findings and recommendations to management

·        Develop tools, templates and processes to continuously improve capital planning efficiency

·        Conduct financial analyses to evaluate potential capital expenditure projects

·        Build business case models assessing strategic fit, costs, risks and projected returns of capital investments

Required Skills & Qualifications

·        BA degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting or related quantitative field

·        0-2 years of relevant experience in financial planning, FP&A or investment analysis (internships count) 

·        Strong data analysis capabilities and Excel/modeling skills

·        Basic accounting knowledge

·        Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment

·        Excellent communication skills to convey analyses to cross-functional partners

·        Team player with great interpersonal abilities
