Vice President of Products

Position Overview:

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Vice President of Product to lead our product management team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our core product line, ensuring it remains at the forefront of the industry. This individual will drive the product strategy, development, and go-to-market initiatives, contributing to the overall success and growth of the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Product Strategy and Vision: Develop and articulate a compelling product vision aligned with the company's overall strategic objectives.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to inform product strategy.
• Product Roadmap and Execution-Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, to define and prioritize the product roadmap.
• Drive the successful execution of product initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality releases.
• Team Leadership-Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing product management team.
• Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment, encouraging creativity and problem-solving.
• Customer Insights-Maintain a deep understanding of customer needs, gathering feedback through various channels to inform product improvements.
• Work closely with customer success and support teams to address customer issues and enhance user satisfaction.
• Product Lifecycle Management-Manage the entire product lifecycle from ideation to end-of-life, optimizing product performance and relevance.
• Implement effective product pricing strategies and positioning in the market.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a senior product management role, with a focus on dev tools or related technologies.
• Demonstrated success in developing and executing product strategies that drive business growth.
• Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
• In-depth knowledge of cloud-native technologies and the challenges associated with securing cloud environments.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across diverse teams.
• Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred.
