Technological Research Team Lead

Job description:

• We are looking for a Team lead to run a group of Techno-Intelligence researchers in the organizational strategic department
• The team plays a crucial role in overseeing and guiding the R&D of innovative future technologies based on mapping and analyzing inside impact: threats and opportunities
• The findings and insights will be converted into recommendations for the organization's portfolio to shape the preparedness of the organization for emerging technologies

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of management experience- must
• Experience in Techno-intelligence during IDF service or innovation- must
• Academic degree
• High capability of self-learning
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent ability to work cross-functionality
• Strong ability to drive colleagues without authority
• A team player with a positive attitude and high motivation
