Lead Software Engineer

So, what’s the role all about?

We are looking for a Lead Software Engineer, Technical Scrum Master (TSM) with great leadership and technical skills to lead a multi-disciplinary development team, on a fast-paced environment who can work in a global organization and bring the Start-up spirit into the Enterprise software development world.

Developing our next-generation fully cloud-based Enterprise Workforce Optimization applications.

As a TSM, you will mentor the team members, provide vision and direction, and increase operational efficiency while taking an active part in technical discussions, design reviews, and working on development tasks.

You’ll have a unique opportunity to work with cutting-edge cloud technologies and build cloud-based services that allow the world's biggest enterprises to engage their customers through multiple channels.

How will you make an impact?

• Lead a scrum team (5 Software engineers) developing WFM core platform capabilities
• End to end responsibility for design implementation and quality
• Create and maintain positive and productive working relationships among the team
• Educate and support the development teams helping them to resolve complex issues in challenging project timelines
• Coach and mentor the scrum team on Agile principles, practices, and values
• Identify and coordinate dependencies with external teams and scrum masters

Have you got what it takes?

• in Computer Science or Computer Engineering
• 5+ Years of experience as a Software Engineer/ Scrum Master
• Experience with Node ecosystem, javascript and typescript
• Experience in leading development teams/Features/Activities Master the development life cycle – from planning to design, implementation, testing, deployment and be involved and impact all these phases
• Great communication skills

You will have an advantage if you also have:

• Knowledge & experience with public cloud providers like AWS, Azure, Google
