Role Description

We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to fill the role of Research and Development Group Manager for a prominent health organization within the industry. This full-time, on-site position will entail overseeing a substantial team, comprising managers and 40 team members. The successful candidate will be tasked with spearheading the Research and Development team, providing strategic leadership, and ensuring the seamless execution of software development projects.

Qualifications

• Extensive background in Research and Development (R&D) and Software Development, with a focus on Backend technologies.
• Proven track record in team management, including experience overseeing teams of more than 25 members and demonstrating strong leadership abilities.
• Hands-on experience with .NET Core and Cloud Native technology, with a keen understanding of their practical applications.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, essential for fostering collaboration and driving project success.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, adept at managing competing priorities and meeting stringent deadlines.
• Previous experience within the technology industry is highly desirable, providing valuable insight into industry trends and best practices.
