Country Manager- Relocation

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to fill the role of Country Manager for our operations in Center Africa country. The ideal candidate will be fluent in French & English, possess a strong background in cellular deployment, communication infrastructure and telecommunications, and have a proven track record of successful management in African countries. This role requires exceptional leadership qualities, marketing orientation, budget management expertise, and the ability to relocate under single status.

Key Responsibilities:

·        Full responsibility for overseeing and managing our operations in Center Africa country.

·        Serve as the primary Frech-speaking spokesperson for the organization in the country.

·        Leverage your extensive experience in communication and telecommunications infrastructure to enhance our network and services.

·        Utilize your knowledge of the African market to drive strategic initiatives and achieve growth targets.

·        Foster and maintain key management relationships to ensure effective collaboration and communication.

Qualifications and Requirements:

·        Proficiency in French at an advanced level, both written and spoken.

·        Substantial experience in cellular deployment communication infrastructure and telecommunications is essential.

·        Proven history of working within African countries, demonstrating a deep understanding of the business landscape.

·        Strong managerial acumen with the ability to establish and nurture effective leadership relationships.

·        Marketing orientation to identify opportunities and position our services effectively within the market.

·        Demonstrated expertise in budget management and financial reporting, including experience with senior-level reporting.

·        Willingness to relocate under single status.

·        English- high level both written and spoken.

·        Civil Engineer (B.Sc.) degree is an advantage.
