Quality Assurance Lead

A Startup company in the Fintech industry is looking for a QA Team Leader to join and lead a QA team.

As a QA Team Lead, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of the products and services. You will lead a team of Quality Assurance and Automation QA professionals and work closely with R&D teams to deliver high-quality software.

Responsibilities:

● Lead and mentor a team of QA and Automation Engineers

● Oversee the QA process to meet quality standards for SAAS and Mobile applications.

● Design and develop QA methodologies and best practices to ensure consistent and efficient automation across projects.

● Work closely with the QA engineers for mutual use of automatic and manual solutions

● Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers

● Participating in the team's activities (50% hands-on)

Requirements:

● 2 years experience as a QA Team leader- Must

● 5 years experience as a QA- Must

● Experience with Client-Server model of Web-based SAAS products.

● Mobile app testing experience- Must

● Deep knowledge in QA methodologies and automation

● Experience in automation testing- Must

● Proficiency in writing STD, STP, and STR documents

● Experience with request-response model Testing tools (e.g., Postman).

● Experience with Test Management platform or bug-tracking systems like TestRail.

● Familiarity with cryptocurrency and blockchain – advantage.

● Data analysis using SQL-based DBs and logger tools.

● Familiarity with working in an AGILE environment.

● Experience with a task management system (e.g., Jira - an advantage).

● Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

● Multitasking, analytical mind, and problem-solving attitude.

● Strong ownership and responsibility.

● Creative test case writing and out-of-the-box thinking.
