We’re looking for an experienced software engineer with leadership aspiration to join our development department.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on coding.

• Serve as the technical focal point for team members.

• Work closely with the product department.

• Manage and develop a team of two employees.

• Plan and design system architecture.

• Manage and execute complex technical projects in an agile environment.

• Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends.

Requirements and skills

• Minimum 4 years of experience in software development.

• Proven capabilities in all aspects of software engineering, including acquisition, validation, architecture and design, code and other artifact development, integration, and QA testing.

• Strong leadership and mentoring abilities.

• Experience working in a fast-changing organization or growing startup.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, both verbal and written, with fluency in English.

• Strong interest in aviation technology.
