As the Director of User Experience Design, you will develop a strategy for executing on a collaborative and frictionless design process. You will work to deliver high-quality creative direction and product designs for our company.

Leading a dynamic team of UX/UI designers with diverse skill sets, you'll craft compelling and intuitive user journeys.

As a Director of User Experience Design, you will be responsible for-

• Defining and implementing the user experience vision and strategy
• Leading a multidisciplinary team of UX/UI designers across a range of design skill sets
• Partnering with a team of product managers, engineers, UX writers to deliver high-quality experiences for our users
• Overseeing multiple projects, and team members are set up for success by setting clear and measurable goals
• Developing design talent and building a thriving culture, fostering a sense of inclusion and belonging
• Driving continuous improvement through feedback, iteration, and data-driven decision-making.
  
  

Do What You Love

To be successful in this role you will-

• Have 10+ years of experience in Product Design
• Demonstrate proven track record of leading successful UX/UI design initiatives, preferably in the cybersecurity industry
• 5+ years of leadership experience, including recruiting and developing individual contributors
• Have 5+ years of experience working collaboratively with product managers and engineering
• Have experience with user research methodologies, including interviews, surveys, usability testing, and persona development.
• Experience growing a strategic design practice within design teams
• Be passionate collaborating and working with cross-disciplinary teams to create delightful experiences for humans
