IR/FX Market Data Analyst

Job Description

Job Purpose

Establish and implement data management procedures, analysis tools and methodologies to reflect the ongoing needs of the Forex and Interest Rates markets.

Connect, verify, and ensure proper data flow within the organization.

Responsibilities

• Overall responsibility of the data flow for the Forex and Interest derivatives product.
• Research, explore and analyse raw and derived data using high level analytical tools.
• Providing customers with accurate, real time and historical, answers to their data related challenges.
• Build in house tools to streamline processes.
• Work closely with internal departments such as operations and R&D to improve and develop workflows, quality assurance processes and product enhancements.
  
  

• BA/BSc in Business, Finance, Statistics, Economics or Financial Engineering
• Two years experience as an analyst
• SQL - a must
• Python - an advantage
• Demonstrate analytical and quantitative skills to solve problems
• Ability to collaborate with internal teams to facilitate data management processes and solutions
• Interest and familiarity with Financial and derivatives markets
• Team player, Independent and a fast learner
