At Ada AI, our mission is to put control back into the hands of users, ensuring complete authority over data inputs and outputs with large language models (LLMs) and AI systems. Our toolkit allows users of ChatGPT, Llama, and Claude, to manage their user preferences and protect their data. creating safe AI systems straightforward, offering data protection, and respecting user preferences for data usage.

We are building a suite of integrations and tools, enabling anyone to bolster their AI system's security effortlessly. Imagine enhancing your product's security tenfold with a single line of code or launching a new AI-driven project with just ten lines of code—no complex engineering or intricate pipelines required. Our goal is to make starting and securing AI projects as simple as possible while safeguarding your and your customers’ data.

We’re looking for founding engineers who are:

• Hungry, ambitious, and wanting to grow fast
• Interested in working with LLMs and AI
• Ready to do whatever it takes to win and succeed
• Founded a company or built side projects, a plus
• Experience in startups, a plus
• Fluency with React, with a preference for Next.js a plus
• Experience working with LLM and open-source frameworks (Langchain, Semantic Kernel), a plus
• Experience with Finetuning and improving existing opensource models (QLORA), a significant plus
• Must be fluent in English.
