Production Manager

Our company is a fast-growing global medical device company, developing and manufacturing innovative drug delivery and infusion solutions across the continuum of care- from the hospital to the home. We are looking for an excellent Production Manager to join the team.

Job Description:

Areas of Responsibility:

• Strategic Planning:
• Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with the company's overall objectives.
• Operational Oversight:
• Ensure the timely and cost-effective execution of operational activities.
• Process Improvement:
• Identify and implement process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Monitor quality and yield
• Team Leadership:
• Recruit, train, and mentor operations team.
• Collaboration:
• Work closely with other department to ensure cross-functional collaboration and alignment with organizational goals.
• Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.
• Budgetary Control:
• Contribute to the development of the operations budget.
  
  

• Job skills:
  
  

• Minimum 10 years of experience in a manufacturing company – a must
• At least 5 years of experience in managing a team of 10+ employees
• Experience in a medical device company – a must
• Computer skills:
• Profound acquaintance with all Office tools
• Good skills with SAP B1
• Language skills: Fluent English – reading and writing
• Personality:
• Highly dynamic, with strong leadership capabilities
• Has the Ability to multitask, work under pressure and long irregular hours
• Team building and managing skills
• Able to balance day-to-day task load with long-term strategy execution
