Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced QA Team Leader to oversee our Quality Assurance team and drive the implementation of best practices in testing methodologies and processes. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a team of QA engineers, coordinating testing activities, and ensuring the quality of our blockchain products and services. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to define testing strategies, develop test plans, and execute test cases to validate the functionality, performance, and security of our solutions.

Responsibilities

• Build, lead and mentor a team of QA engineers, providing guidance, support, and training to ensure their professional growth and development.
• Develop and implement comprehensive automatic tests while defining the test plans, cases to validate the functionality, performance, and security of eoracle's blockchain solutions.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to define testing requirements and priorities for each release cycle.
• Coordinate testing activities, including test execution, defect tracking, and reporting, to ensure timely delivery of high-quality software releases.
• Establish and maintain testing environments and tools to support continuous integration and deployment processes.
• Analyze test results and provide feedback to the development team to facilitate the resolution of defects and the improvement of product quality.
• Drive the adoption of best practices in testing methodologies, automation techniques, and quality assurance processes across the organization.
  
  

• Proven experience in Quality Assurance, with at least 3 years in a leadership or management role.
• Strong understanding of software testing principles, methodologies, and best practices, particularly in the context of blockchain technologies.
• Experience with test automation frameworks and tools, such as Selenium, Appium, or similar.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality software solutions.
