A cutting-edge early-stage startup is looking for a talented Hardware Engineer to join their growing team. As a key member of the hardware development team, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and optimizing our next-generation hardware solutions

Responsibilities

• Design and develop mixed signal electronics for an innovative products.
• Utilize your expertise in component engineering to select, evaluate, and integrate components into hardware designs.
• Manage component supply chain to ensure timely availability of components for prototyping and production.
• Identify and address data corruption issues, leveraging your experience with different data sources.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of hardware components into overall product design.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field.
• At least 8 years of hands-on experience in hardware design and component engineering.
• Proficiency in mixed signal electronics design.
• Strong understanding of component supply chain dynamics.
• Experience with different data sources and data corruption issues.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering hardware projects from concept to production.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Managerial experience will be an advantage
• Experience in at least 10 different families of analog components- advantage
• English native language level- advantage
