*We are looking for our Israel Packaging Procurement Manager*

Responsibilities:

• Develop procurement strategies for packaging materials, ensuring alignment with long-term goals and forecasts.
• Conduct price analysis and cost breakdowns, implementing procurement strategies effectively.
• Manage supplier relationships, monitoring performance and fostering communication between suppliers and internal teams.
• Lead and support innovation projects, involving suppliers in initiatives related to Corporate Social Responsibility and Sustainability.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in procurement or supply chain functions.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Full Proficiency in English- a must (including presentations for senior management/leaders)
• Experience in project management, negotiations, and change management.
• Excellent negotiation and personal-professional relationship management skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a global, multicultural environment as a proactive team player.
