Marketing And Public Relations Coordinator

Job Overview:

As a Marketing and PR Coordinator, you will take ownership of our direct marketing channels, including newsletters, SMS, as well as influencer marketing efforts. Your role will be crucial in strategizing, executing, and refining our marketing and influencer campaigns to enhance our brand presence and engagement.

Responsibilities:

• Channel Ownership: Take full responsibility for the management and optimization of the newsletter and SMS channels.
• Strategy and Execution: Develop and implement comprehensive strategies for all owned channels. Execute and report on these strategies with an emphasis on continuous improvement based on performance data.
• Influencer Marketing: Handle all aspects of influencer marketing from the selection process to gifting, relationship building, and reporting on campaign effectiveness.
• Public Relations: Support our PR strategies in collaboration with our PR team to enhance influencer campaigns and PR inclusions.
• Analytics and Reporting: Analyze marketing data to draw insights and conclusions, aiming to optimize future marketing strategies and improve performance metrics.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. 
• At least 1 year of proven experience in marketing, preferably in the fashion or lifestyle industry.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and data analytics.
• Fluent English writing and proofreading skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
