About the role:

We offer you an opportunity to lead the operations department, full responsibility for providing operational services for all core business processes (individual and business clients), while maximizing business potential, delivering excellent service to internal and external customers, and promoting operational excellence and efficiency.

• Managing 140 employees in various roles, including diverse managerial positions.
• Formulating and leading the operational perception - service-oriented in line with the company's strategic vision.
• Developing KPIs for ongoing department management, policy development, and processes for identifying and improving service, implementing technological aspects, mechanization, and digitization.
• Budget management.
• Responsibility of employee development.
• Managing internal and external work interfaces, including supplier management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree (industrial engineering, economics, business administration), Master's degree – an advantage
• Over 8 years of experience in managing service systems and/or large-scale operations.
• Experience in leading cross-organizational processes, including process optimization, automation development, and innovation implementation in the field.
• Experience in quality management of interfaces, suppliers, and various levels of employees (managers and staff).
• Systematic and analytical thinking.
