Senior Marketing Manager

We are looking for a Senior Marketing Manager to join our growing Marketing team!

In this position you will be responsible for taking ownership of all company marketing initiatives, with a heavy emphasis on the creation of highly impactful content and assets. The Marketing Manager will maintain and drive Ultra’s PR and external presence to continued growth.

What will you do? 

·        Build and execute the company’s strategic marketing plan.

·        Create and build marketing initiatives from the ground up, measure effectiveness and guarantee on-going improvement.

·        Support ongoing business processes together with various stakeholders within the company.

·        Understand the customer lifecycle and actively support the sales team to simplify and enhance the customer experience and anticipate their needs

·        Corporate Branding:

-     Establish and maintain the company’s external presence with an emphasis on social media and website including relevant content.

-     Establish and maintain the company’s PR and Corporate Communications strategy and initiatives as relevant to business progress.

-     Design, establish, and maintain Ultra’s Corporate Story & Brand.

What are we looking for?

·        6+ years work experience in B2B/B2G Marketing, from a hi-tech/startup company

·        Native English speaker a must

·        Experience in managing collaterals & branding projects such as website establishment, corporate branding etc.

·        Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Strategic thinker with the ability to build and execute a full marketing plan.
• Action-oriented, showing a proactive approach in taking initiatives, driving projects forward, and achieving tangible results in a dynamic work environment.

·        Strong project management, multitasking and decision-making skills.
