Fullstack Team Lead

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of remote developers, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.
• Architect, design, and implement scalable and robust fullstack solutions using React, JavaScript, and other relevant technologies.
• Drive the development process from inception to deployment, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality software.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field

At least 7 years of experience as a Full Stack Developer - a Must

Experience in Managing a team of remote developers- a Must

Strong proficiency in JavaScript, particularly React and Node.js- a Must

Previous experiene in building web applications, UX/UI design principles and Writing unit tests- A must

Experience with RESTful API Development- an advantage

Experience with database management, containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes)- advantage
