THE ROLE:

We are looking for a Coordinating Video Producer who is passionate about molding and adapting video production processes to the digital age. This role is pivotal in migrating video channels from social media to AVOD and throughout our wide network of some of the biggest TV distribution partners in the world.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Create AVOD channels for newly signed video partnerships
• Coordinate distribution for new AVOD channels
• Manage and maintain existing AVOD channels
• Oversee and coordinate AVOD onboarding process

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Drive the AVOD onboarding process, from creator signing through application launch, ensuring alignment with the strategic and creative goals of PlayWorks while maintaining brand identity for each channel.
• Utilizing project management tools and department procedures to oversee onboarding and launch schedules for multiple channels.
• Collect, prioritize and coordinate all creator assets including videos, thumbnails, metadata, brand identity elements, etc.
• Collaborate with creative partners and PlayWorks’ Design Director on channel design, AVOD application “swimlane” name creation and stacking order, selection of thumbnails, poster art, and effective video metadata.
• Coordinate with PlayWork’s video editorial department on creating “TV-ready” long form content, creative on-air promos and marketing sizzle reels.
• Project management: set and manage expectations for individual creators or their agencies.
• Coordinate and track the distribution of AVOD applications to various outlets including Roku, Amazon, Vizio, Samsung, Comcast, and Sling to name a few.
• Ensure the seamless flow of information within the team, facilitating meetings and decision-making processes to guarantee project completion.
• Monitor and analyze channel metrics and coordinate application updates to keep content fresh and engaging.
• Collaborate with PlayWorks Director of Marketing to identify trends, stunts and promotions.

WHO YOU ARE:

• A highly organized and motivated creative professional with 3-5 years of producing, project management and/or video production/post production experience.
• Self-starter with experience, poise and confidence to move in real time to adjust to a fast-paced, constantly changing, international business environment.
• Well-versed in creative agency fundamentals - design, video production/editorial, graphic animation.
• A highly effective English copywriter with experience in social media, television or streaming.
• Highly proficient in digital project management tools and G-Suite
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite is a major plus.
• A fearless, ambitious, and curious nature, ready to push the limits and contribute to an innovative team.
