We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Hebrew-speaking Customer Service Agent in Lisbon. As a Customer Service Agent, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless and positive experience for our Hebrew-speaking customers. You will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues via e-mail/phone calls.

Requirements:

• Hebrew C1/C2 level
• English B2 level
• Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
• Self-sufficient & confident in troubleshooting basic technical issues related to Connectivity, Systems & Devices.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• EU Citizenship / Residence card / Manifest of interest (some clients)
• No previous experience required
