About the Company - 

A dynamic intimate and activewear apparel Development & Production Company, working with international brands, located in Hasharon area,

seeking an Account Manager for one of its top fashion clients.

We are looking for a team player to join our growing family, with the drive and motivation to grow and develop both personally and professionally with the company. 

About the job – 

Manage development and production process from end-to-end:

• Maintain critical paths for sample collections and production.

• Work with R&D and design teams to create new innovative seamless designs and solutions.

• Create and follow a time and action for all styles in development insuring all calendar dates are met.

• Prepare and manage documentation to support the production process (purchase orders, invoices, shipping and freight).

• Support daily communication with manufactures and clients .

• In charge of costing products, payment process and follow up.

• Search for new up sales and growth opportunities, upgrading the work level with client and business development.

Requirements – 

• Bachelor’s degree , preference for Management and Industrial Engineering, Economics or Business Management degree.

• High level of English reading, writing and speaking.

• Experience working with global cliental – advantage.

• Ability to work in various world time zones requiring flexibility with regard to working hours.

• High level of accountability, close attention to details, creativity, and innovation.

• Strong communication skills with an ability to build positive working relationships, a good team player.

• Good understanding of critical tasks and time lines.

• An ability to anticipate problems and provide suitable solutions.

• Highly multitasking management skills, as well as the ability to work under pressure.

• Organizational skills and the ability to work in an orderly fashion.

• Good analytical and numerical skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel program.
